This bank seems absolutely impersonal to me. He does not allow me to enter coins already counted in my own account. First he told me that I had to pay commission, I told him that I am going to enter a few thousand in bills too, so no commission was necessary. After the coins cannot be entered, I have to go where the account was opened. (And if I live 1000 kilometers away, what?), Then I say that I move to your office that I am living here. The attention seems relatively good, but the online system that has this bank is painful, it gives many problems to access and is very unintuitive. Also, they charge 8 euros each time you do not visit for a month. That is completely ridiculous, and it certainly became a nuisance.nnTaking into account that you will end up doing almost everything online, is something that takes away many points.

I have honestly been through many banks, I always wait and wait in queues for a long time. Since I have been in Caixa Popular this has changed, it is a pleasure to come to your bank and they will attend you immediately. The workers are charming, Teresa always greets you with a smile and answers any questions in a way that those of us who do not work in that sector can understand. on the other hand there is Juan, the director of the bank. Always very attentive and friendly despite the fact that you are always very busy, you have a place to solve doubts even to help you with whatever. Since I am in popular caixa I have redone it to everyone, I no longer queue, the ATM is perfectly intuitive and the cashier online, transfer transfers movements, all over the internet.nnBenimaclet rules !!
