Beautiful choice of furniture, soft furnishings, ornaments etc. Staff very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.
We have ordered many items of furniture from Samar and I have to say the service has always been excellent. They give a date and delivery time and they are always on time and the wonderful delivery men put everything together for you. The goods are top quality. I would highly recommend to anyone.
We bought a garden parasol from here in May 2018. As ours is a holiday home the parasol has only been used for three months in total. The parasol came with a three year guarantee.
One windy day the parasol blew over causing it to come apart. The winding mechanism became non functional.
We took it back to the shop. They said they would send it back to the manufacturer and ring us when it came back.
Ten days later we went in to ask about it and they said we had broken it by winding it too vigorously and it could not be repaired and as we had broken it ourselves the guarantee was void!
There was a bit of a language problem in the shop but we understood one another well enough.
The assistant offered no help whatsoever as they were convinced we had broken it ourselves. No offer of a discounted new one was made so off we went never to return to that shop again.
Always great service at this shop, and also the prices are good too!!
Just love this shop the contents are to beautiful to talk about the furniture the ornaments the pictures all gorgeous. the staff the owner are all so nice it's a joy
