They deliver on a dirty floor, without light bulbs on the floors, the cistern does not work, they notify you after the rental signature that you have to hire electricity, water and gas ... When you ask them for help with the basic things you must have the house, they don't even answer you so that you can look for life, and when they answer you they do it with a very edge attitude. No empathy. Do not buy or rent here, I have spoken with other clients of yours and the same.

Bad developer and builder. At first all are good promises, until you buy. From there little attention, worse qualities than promised and a lousy treatment. In our community we have 2 years of complaints and they have not addressed any. A tip if it is from Adania do not buy.

A few months ago we received our home and the truth is that we are delighted. For starters, they have let us make the reforms we have wanted and at a great price. Once we have entered, there are things, none of importance, and they have always been behind to fix it as soon as possible. Quality is better than the rest we have seen.
