Promised delivery within 5 days. It took 3 weeks. Lots of promises before booking. They used a 3rd party to do the move within the uk, before loading into their own van to cross the channel. They did not tell us that before hand. Some boxes were missing, and some items damaged. Their attitude was, "what do you expect "? Would definitely avoid this company. Pay more, and get a better service elsewhere.

I would recommend Howells & Son for removals as with all the virus problems in the past year plus moving house complications they are still doing a great job of storing my UK house items.
