Transport company that treats customers' products with care. In these times that is 5 stars. Let's hope they continue like this.

Very bad transport company. I had a package that came from Madrid and once in A Coruña they were in charge of delivering it to me. They agreed to bring me a Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. On Tuesday afternoon I call the company and I have exactly 15 minutes with a little music waiting for someone to take me. They give me the number of a carrier to call me. When I call him, he tells me that Wednesday morning he brings it to me, but nothing. Wednesday afternoon I call but they tell me they do not deliver in the afternoon. I wait for Thursday and nothing to come. On Friday, he calls me another different carrier and tells me to send him a whatsapp location. I send him the location and an hour later he tells me that this area does not belong to him and he is going to return it to the warehouse. So I introduce myself there to know what is happening. I meet a worker and he tells me the same thing as the transporter, that the area does not belong to him (I do not know why they give it to a carrier that does not come by my area, when they have my address) They do not give me any explanation, No apology and they tell me what to see for the week when they can bring it to me. Total, I have to do 2 trips in the car, 30 minutes from my house to bring the package because it is very large. So if you can avoid this company, do it.
