Eye! Scammers and zero professionals. Hire a freight from Germany. In loading, they told me from the dealership that the vehicle had touched the underside, which in the delivery I could verify together with the driver (correct treatment on his part) of the truck since part of the protective plastic had been removed. After several emails insisting on contacting your insurance (I doubt they have it) ... I never got a response.
