I advise you to go to another ITV that is not TUV Rheinland. To make an appointment for an ordeal and when you go your day and time you have to wait more than an hour for your turn. I made an appointment at 9:30 in the morning, at 9:50 they all went to lunch and returned at 10:15, then they took cars again and I left at 10:45. A real shame. They work worse than walk-ins. Not that I put 0 stars because it won't let me.

Total ineptitude. For those who do not want to read below, I will only tell you to go directly to Noáin, which is much better. And it seems to me cheaper. For those who want to read why, I tell you. I called to make an appointment weeks in advance and they told me that they had not opened the April agenda, that they should wait or go without an appointment. So one week after another. I go one day without an appointment and the wait was very long; I had another commitment so I had to leave. I go back the following week, without an appointment, and an employee in the queue tells me that they do not attend without an appointment, that they ask for it in the office; I go to the office they explain to me that two days ago they had opened the appointments and that unfortunately they had all been taken and that there was nothing to do. And on top of that the girl at the counter has the nerve to ask me to go back to the queue and tell the employee to stop sending people to the office to make an appointment! I went to the ITV service in Noáin and they treated me without an appointment in less than an hour. Clearly I will not waste time with the people of TÜV Rheinland.
