The truth is that today I have been disappointed. I have never stopped paying you anything. And when I left the debts a few days later I solved it. I have a permanent job. Unfortunately I have been to Erte like many Spaniards and because of the covid 19. I had a problem today with the car that I have to pay for this afternoon and left around 20 euros owed. 20. And they have not helped me at all. I go back to work normally and they know it because I told them and still nothing. It is incredible the shame that Dan banks here. In other countries they are helping them. They make facilities for them. BBVA is not one of them. And I am clear that the day I pay the loan that I have with them from the car I am leaving. I do not recommend it. There is no humanity in them. Only when you have money. In difficult times you cannot count on them. So if you're going to make an account ... Don't do it.

It seems fatal to me that having a mortgage with your BBVA bank in the Plaza del Castillo in Pamplona Navarra Spain that you charge me € 25 for having the CTA of my mortgage, every six months, I mean € 50 per year for depositing money, and your answer covering is for not having any direct debit and not having my salary registered there, because I do not see it right, I hope more people express their dissatisfaction and this is solved and they do not charge more, this is a robbery for me. A very unhappy client
