The new director is terribly incompetent and if attention is terrible. Since I arrived, I have not been able to carry out any of the tasks I usually do in any other office. Such is my dissatisfaction with this lady that of the 8 accounts that we have open here, we close all: we leave open 0. I leave BBVA and do not return until they assure me that I will not find such incompetent people.
The treatment of the cashier is terrible (November 2, 2018). They would have to watch this much more, because they want to change banks. If you do not know or do not understand how you have to deal with customers, you should dedicate yourself to something else.
Customer service leaves something to be desired. Some employees seem to "skip" serving customers. Good luck if you are in a hurry.
