I have bought a home in Guadalajara. The day they showed me my house did not exactly correspond to the plans, there were errors in painting, finishes, tiles, etc. I managed to get some fixed, but others still not, and seeing their incompetence I will have to spend the money and then complain to them. Incompetent, lack of professionalism and a long list of adjectives that have little to do with a serious, solvent and reliable company.

Homes of supposed first qualities with many damages of which they do not take charge after more than 6 months. Think twice before buying any home because you are going to be behind them for months and months without any solution. We will end up complaining to them to solve it.

Some without shame from cover to cover! These and Rayet (subcontracts). They give us the house without painting, a lot of failures but the most serious thing is that when they come to do the revision of failures the menda tells me that it is a signature that they have come to review flaws and in the end ... surprise !! That they say that I have signed that everything was fixed, writing things such as it works correctly after I have signed that supposed revision that I do not fix !! Come on, I recommend to everyone not to buy from these people because they are disappointments after troubles! I don't know anyone who is happy with them !! I would be ashamed to deliver homes like this !! Soft

I bought a house in Malaga, from this flat real estate, and after a year and about to deliver some phase of the promotion. We find buyers with many changes according to plans, model and information of the sales office. BUT BY CHANGE THE CHANGES ARE FOR THE WORST. CAREFUL WITH THIS REAL ESTATE. I am looking for model photos and contract, and final result
