For a year I have been waiting for a headboard that they sold saying that it was anchored to the trundle bed and it is not like that. Today it has been a year since the purchase and I am still waiting for the headboard, repeated calls and good words that they will call me again, passing from me, in the end to consumption.
PESIMO ON LINE SERVICE !! I have been waiting for my order since August 27, we are on November 5 and I still have not received anything I do not recommend buying online at all I do not know how they will be in the store but what is online 0 patatero, I hope that when it arrives, it will be what I asked for, in any case if the corresponding complaint does not arrive tomorrow due to brakes so that we can get the money back. I HAVE REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM IN CHINA THAT HAVE ARRIVED IN 15 DAYS, I DON'T EXPLAIN IT TO ME AS A NATIONAL COMPANY
Experience has been bad. We ordered a cabinet and several things were not the same as we ordered. Fitters shame. We scratched the wall to move the furniture store and hold harmless wanted. We told them that we would withhold part of the payment until you have fixed the wall and threatened to denounce us. At the least the furniture is not sleazy.
Very good attention, thanks to the person who was on that shift, it helped me a lot since I had no idea how to take action. I returned and there was another person in the afternoon shift, the final decision was with his help. Very happy with personal attention.
Little variety in living rooms and bedrooms, most of which are sofas (there are quite a few of different models and colors).
