The slowest and pawns bank I saw. They don't know how to do nads alone, all the time asking other colleagues for help.

I arrived 4 days with the word that they would call me and they would solve an unfair card commission and neither give the face nor call or anything. After 1 week of telling me to give a solution, an employee laughs in my face telling me that the policy of change cards and q I am charged for the debit card not spending a year and passing a commission of 28 euros. M I stay literarmete with an idiot face and I tell the lady that I was not notified that this card was now paid not spending a year I am charged and also laughs in my face saying that I will not be returned q no s case of your office but of caixabank. I feel that for this kind of people the clients leave the caixa bank and feel cheated
