I put a star because I can't put less. I went to this office yesterday because I needed some movements that I made in 2014 and I no longer belong to this entity, so I cannot search for them by any other means. I went first thing in the morning, the office was EMPTY, the girl came to the door and I explained my case, to which she answered that I had to go to my office, I told her that due to the situation we are in, with the closure Perimetral could not go to another community, to which he replied that I had to make an appointment at my previous office and that they sent me the appointment and that with that I could leave Castilla la Mancha, and that those movements would take time to look for them because it was a canceled account and very old movements. I left there with a very bad body, really. I called my old office to make an appointment 54 times, they didn't catch it, how strange, right? (note the irony) I sent an email and they answered in the afternoon that they could do it at the office closest to my house (well, the girl from Guadalajara didn't say that ...), so since it was Thursday and they opened in the afternoon , I stopped by the El Casar office, where they solved my problem in 5 minutes, they gave me those movements without any complications (thank goodness that the girl from Guadalajara told me that they could not be looked at because it was a canceled and very old account and that you had to request them and that they would take time to arrive ...). That is, that within the same bank there are people with such disparate customer treatment ... I am amazed at the little empathy that some people have and with the zero desire to work and give a good customer treatment. Awesome.

Embarrassing, THIS BANK DOES NOT HAVE A NAME, IF YOU CALL THEY TELL YOU TO LEAVE THE NUMBER AND NEVER CALL YOU, IF YOU GO AND ATTEND YOU, THEY GIVE YOU A MOBILE NUMBER AND WHEN YOU CALL YOU, THEY CALL YOU. IT IS A PENALTY TO BE IN THE HANDS OF THIS GENTUZA, I HAVE TRIED TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT 2 MONTHS

Embarrassing the treatment given to the client in this office. They don't pick up the phone, every time you go you have to wait and they don't solve anything. They say they will contact you and it's a lie. You have to go to another office if you want to get money by bank check. All problems and no solution.
