I placed an order at the end of July for 6 chairs that quality / price was very good, telling me that they would arrive in 15 days. The estimated date passed and I was not informed of anything, I called to ask (they do not answer the phone I never had to call for several days) and you tell me that they have had problems at customs and the order is delayed. They give me the option to continue with the order but receive it in September or cancel it. I decide to wait, today, September 6, nobody has informed me of anything, I have been calling for several days and nobody answers. I'm still waiting..

Buy a children's bedroom and everything very nice (shipping, assembly, removal of old furniture). The day of delivery arrives and nobody comes. They come the next day. Cdo arrive, they tell me that the assembly is not included and on top of it a desk drawer was missing. The drawer was missing ... no one knew about it. I have to go to the store to claim it and they tell me that it is in the ship ... That after 5 days the box will come ... The next day the carrier calls me saying that it had already appeared ...nIn conclusion, eager to sell at all costs and formality 0.

I did not know the brand. I have drawn attention to the design and variety of tables and chairsnI went to buy a special pillow for cervical and found them in three sizes and a very good price.nIt was a good experience

Little interest in selling.nThey have no store stock and the exhibition stock does not want to sell it to you. Chair that comes 2 units in the box, as they have one in the exhibition, they don't sell it to you. They prefer to lose a client than to give a solution. I was going to make a purchase of € 300 and I leave with nothing. They don't listen and talk to you without looking you in the face. His answer is that the manager says no.nI do not recommend this store.
