We had some doubts about the sizes, and they found a solution, although in the end we were left with the first size chosen.nThe perfect product. I bought a mattress and settee that I wanted to be the same or lower than the ones I had previously and when I asked the store for the height, the shop assistant gave me an approximate measurement, which was adjusted to my wishes. They delivered me two days ago and what was not my surprise when they assembled the bed for me and it measured 66cm, six centimeters more than what they told me. That same day I went to the store to see if a solution could be given since being so tall I find it uncomfortable and does not allow me to sit on the bed comfortably and what they told me is that no changes or refunds are allowed and that what I could do was put a chair next to me. I don't know whether to think that not telling me the exact measurement was intentional, which would not seem like a good sales strategy to me.

Excellent in all aspects. First, Yolanda's store service was great. We left very happy. And the transport, assembly and contact with us was excellent too.
