The store offers great stuff, decent prices and fairly well set up. The customer service is a mixed bag. People are quick to yell at you and boss you around in the least friendly manner. Go in with a thick skin and ask as few questions as possible.

Often out of stock on what they advertise. Some items broken when purchased. On the good side they make returns easy.
Very helpful, friendly staffs. We had a few concerns and question about our home renovation, they helped us make plans and choose materials. We were worried that the project was too difficult for us, but after visiting and taking to them, we feel that it's totally doable, and that it will be great.nnThe price is competitive for many items, but since items seem to be overpriced compared to online shops like Amazon. I recommend you check the price before making a purchase.
