Great selection and quality of products, extremely fast shipping and delivery, good prices and perhaps most importantly they have excellent customer service. They provide excellent advice and my experience with their response-time to inquiries is almost always within a coupe of hours. In my book Original Paella is top of the list and I can recommend them to anyone looking for original Spanish ingredients and cooking hardware.

Initially I was worried about ordering something from so far away in a different country - Spain to Canada. However, this has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent with prompt replies to every question and even a small change to my order was easy. Shipping was fast and I received my cooker within 1 week of ordering. Product is high quality and very well priced. They also emailed me later with an amazing traditional recipe book. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend.
