Bad experience in every way, bad communication, poor customer base, actually bad experience, they are asked to remove the advertisement for the sale of the house and keep going up without the consent of the client, beware there are better options to sell the house even as a private individual !!!! After receiving the call from Fotocasa about what happened with the announcement of the house, I am amused that you say that you do not know anything about what I talked about but if you know that I am more than a client, taking into account that on two occasions I warned you that you will remove the ad and above putting the location and breaking the privacy of my house, you have not had the detail of apologizing as you should have done but that you do let Fotocasa call me to explain what good communication is happening to you, it is called (education and humility), to all this it has been 3 weeks since I requested everything I describe here I did not lose the sale of my house due to your unprofessional professionalism,
