We tried to buy a house and in the end everything came to fruition because we were determined.nIt was for sale without having the necessary papers for the execution of it, Neither owner nor intermediary (who is supposed to be aware of everything necessary to sell a property) told us that it could not be transferred.nIn between, months passed and the contract expired and, among strangers and elusive to the situation, we had to remind them of the consequences of non-compliance with said document.
