An office with very inept, slow and garrulous staff. Of the 9 offices that there are, only one of them passed people and that at 9:30 in the morning on a Monday, normal that each time they put more machines instead of people, if there is so little desire to work.

I agree with the painful image of Mr. de la Fuente facing customers and Liberbank, of course, perhaps counting coins was more useful.

It is likely that the director mr. Source is the most incompetent that I have known in Banking, but these people are not trained, what has been said, for window things it is worth, for professional managements it is not your office nor Carlos your director
