A disaster. Terrible tail in the box. They call the numbers in a messy way with supposed customer priority. The government of Cantabria has exclusivity with them and you cannot pay the IBI in another bank so you have to wait more than an hour to make a simple payment. A shame of branch and bank. Then don't complain if they go bankrupt and they all get out of work.
