Customer service in Pamplona has always touched a super arrogant young boy, he has not solved my doubts well and I have had to come back again and again. His attitude is unbearable. And with Abanca as such, the service is complex, many things cannot be done either by mail or by phone call. An office in Pamplona with just one ATM ... I really don't recommend it.

I was initially charged commissions that I had to struggle with for quite some time. In the end they behaved well and returned them. Yes! you have to be very patient and insistent. the deal from the central Abanca de Pamplona was very good but at the central Galicia level it blocked a lot.

ATMs constantly out of service, arrogant employees, you ask them to provide contracts and everything is sticky ... they charge you commissions for doing nothing ... even to close an account they charge you ... you ask them to break you down for Something that you are paying and with all their faces they tell you that they don't do that in a bank ... all these comments are for the old office ... in the new one by carlos3 very correct
