Lack of staff, it cannot be that of 4 customer service windows, only one is served and the other three are empty. Although it is also true that this person's attention is excellent, the waiting lines are quite long.

They should put more people attending to the public. Too much waiting time always and standing because if you sit down when you can't get a number, you can sneak in. They should hire more people. It cannot be that bank branches do not have good customer service. The employees are very sympathetic, and they treat you well, and the delay is not your fault IMHO.

When we let a local bank disappear that was a reference in many things including the high level of private investors' reserves until it became the tail car of a savings bank that worries nothing about what happens in this community
