The packing service went well, but the delivery was horrible. The team rushes so they can unpack as quick as possible, they are not careful with items, several pieces of furniture were not mounted carefully (missing screws, scratched items), they even broke my TV screen while unpacking it and refuse to reimburse me, claiming I did not take their full liability insurance while I did not ask them to unpack the TV.nnI recommend you to stay away from them, they are nice before the contract is signed but then are unprofessional and disrespectful once faced with their bad actions.

Following a nearly nine-year expatriation I received an incomplete return of my belongings stored by DLF in Spain, without the itemized packing list I asked for upfront.nPetitioning DLF with compensation for the lost possessions resulted in dragging its feet to date.nDLF, a company not recommended, for (1) not ensuring complete delivery of stored possessions many years paid for; (2) careless storage conditions (proven by e.g. deterioration / (irreparable) damage of a wooden designer table); (3) non-transparency conducting business in light of mishaps; (4) poor and faulty administration (loss of documents, contract etc.); and, finally (5) being indifferent about liability.nActually, one star too many (no publication otherwise).

I have had two services, removals and furniture storage with them and both have been great. In the last years I have moved with different companies, and my pity is not to have done it with them since the first one. Professional, friendly and with wonderful customer service. 100% recommended

Very expensive, I asked for an estimate to transport a 150 x 190 canapé from Malasaña to Manuel Becerra (4km) and they asked me for € 590.
