They are a shame of a messaging company, the worst with which I contract a shipment of a package to the United Kingdom, after leaving the package at an agency in Marbella and paying 24 euros, they give me the tracking number, this was on the 14th of May 2020 and the package arrives at GLS Madrid 28823 and from the 15th until now the shipment continues without status and without leaving that platform, I speak with att to the GLS client by twiter and they reply that the package is being held at customs and They are waiting for an invoice for the contents of the package, I speak with the Marbella agency and they tell me that they are going to send them an email, asking for explanations, according to GLS answers the package is held in customs and they need an invoice of the content, the agency sends the invoice several times and get no response, of shame, GLS keeps telling me by Twitter that as soon as they have the documentation the package will continue its course to its destination, days go by and GLS tells me that they have no communication with customs, all this is false and ment anger, I already talked to other companies and they tell me that it is impossible for them not to have communication with customs and that they are lying to me, that surely the package was lost or stolen, I call customs I explain the case and they tell me that they are there at all times in communication with the parcel companies, since if documentation is necessary they ask for it and that as soon as they have that documentation the package is released and cured to its destination, with which ... all lies not to recognize the truth of what happened With my shipment, some cynical scoundrels, I advise that no one use the services of this company, they are not to be trusted and if something happens, they are not responsible and they spend everything, I will never use their services again.

I have made several shipments with this company without problem, (very fast). But the last one was a bigger package, and it arrived in very bad condition even with the contents broken. The crushed box.
