An hour and 10 minutes waiting for you to be attended, unable to solve the waiting time despite having 3 workers, also to enter an amount if you are not a client they charge you 10 euros to put a name, keep up so I will win many clients .
They charged me commission for something that in other offices they do not charge to put concept in entrance in account of Openbank 10 euros. Thieves!
The treatment is very good and effective with the efforts, it is noted that the staff is prepared, lastly the Banco Santander staff, leaves much to be desired.
