I changed the delivery address of an order after waiting 1.40 hours on the phone. Not only have they not changed it and they have delivered it in the province that it was not, but Customer Service tells me that they have no record of that call. The management of the claim? Well, you talk to a machine by chat that they will call you when it suits them!

Order office chair online on 07.05.2020, delivery date 26.05.2020nnAs of today, 06/18 I have no news of my chair, they do have my money and they apologize that the delivery man sent me a text message on the day of delivery.
