The owner of the house canceled our reservation a few hours after booking. First, he told us that he did not allow two dogs, when it is precisely one of the options of this accommodation. We told him that we agreed to rent the house with only one dog, and his excuse was that there was an aggressive German Shepherd on the next plot (which obviously if there is another aggressive dog near his property there is little point in allowing pets). After making excuses of all kinds, he finally ended up telling us that he had already arranged the accommodation for those days, and that we should cancel the reservation as soon as possible. Apart from making us dizzy with his excuses for not being able to bring dogs, he was very unclear with his explanations. I do not recommend at all to book in this house, very little seriousness and transparency of this person.

First of all, I am writing this review without having been in said place because the owner of the house has not allowed us to go there and has canceled the reservation.nIt is a rural house that allows pets, or so it appears on the accommodation search platforms. We contacted the owner since she says that it has to be done and we tell her that we are a group of six girls with two small dogs of less than 8 kg. Reply with a message saying that please cancel the reservation because it does not allow two dogs to go. We tell him that it is okay, that we will go with only one, to which he replies that neither, which turns out that in the next plot there is an aggressive German Shepherd with the other dogs, so pets cannot go.nNot happy with that, he tells us to cancel as soon as possible because he has already rented the house for those days. All this three weeks after the trip, in the middle of August, when it is impossible to find accommodation of these characteristics.nThank you BOOKING once again for allowing anyone to rent their home on your platform without any kind of verification or retaliation when these things happen.

Great and complete house in a town near many places of interest such as Belmonte, Uclés, Segóbriga ...
