The owner, a bit shameless, takes advantage of the pandemic situation so that when we cannot stay on the days already paid, he wipes his hands and tells us that he will not return the money! Unforgettable stay, home with everything one may need and more.nThe most disco and game room. We did not expect it.nThe barbecue on that beautiful terrace and large pool of 10 is little.nInsuperable. We will return without a doubt.

He refuses to return the money from the reserve despite the fact that the Government of Castilla - La Mancha has prohibited the meetings of more than ten people. We are a group of about 25. Of course we have not been.nnI don't know what the house is like. Nor will I know because we never plan to book here again.nnI understand that the owner needs to save the summer, he can be more honest in this life. Regards.

I was going to be my 3rd or 4th time in this house. The previous experiences were not all bad, but this last one has left everything to be desired, on the part of the owner. We tried to cancel the reservation because we are a large group and with the covid issue the thing was not to joke, and what we found in front was a person who refused to return a penny of the reservation. I fully understand that with this issue no one wants to lose money, and that is why on our part we tried to reach an agreement or intermediate solution that would satisfy both parties in the face of this exceptional situation of rebound summer that we have, such as trying to move the reserve , and we find the same closure: Nothing moves. Come or not, the house is paid on these dates, period.nnThen you also read the cocky answers and without recognizing anything at all of the errors that you may have (which we all have) that you usually give to the bad reviews and you realize that with people like that it is not worth trying to talk or negotiate . Last time here, and I put this review not to recommend it to anyone.nnEDIT: The owner's answer is simply a lie. The previous times that I have come there have never been those changes that you mention. I said, I do not recommend this establishment
