Muebles Flores

Following a recommendation from some English friends, we went to look for a new sofa in Flores Muebles Alcossebre. The lady in the shop was very approachable and even though my Spanish is incredibly basic, I managed to understand that a visit to their Torreblanca showroom (Calle San Antonio), would be our best bet, as they have a large range of furniture on display.nThe manager at Torreblanca was incredibly helpful, taking me and my husband around the 5 (I think) storey building, showing us a large number of sofas, covering various price ranges. We were not rushed or pressured in any way. We went up and down in the enormous lift, returning to our favourites, until we narrowed it down to our final choice.nTo place our order, we were taken to the office area, where we met Julia. A young lady who speaks English, which was extremely helpful when completing the final details (length of sofa, fabric choice and delivery date estimate etc). We paid approximately a 3rd of the cost as deposit and discussed keeping in touch by email regarding the actual delivery date.nAt all times, the communication from Julia was second to none. We had to arrange some flights back to Spain to coincide with our sofa delivery. As we were told the furniture would be made and ready for us in approximately 6 weeks. We returned after 8 weeks, the delivery day and time slot agreed.nThe delivery men were also very professional and helpful. We were not required to pay the balance on the sofa until it had been delivered and we were totally satisfied with it. So we only had to walk into Alcossebre, going into the smaller branch to settle our bill. I received the invoice promptly by email.nI would not hesitate to recommend Flores Muebles, I thought that buying a large item of furniture in Spain, would have been far more stressful.

A very nice store with original furniture. The sofa beds and mattresses are good. You are attended by Rosa Mari, the owner, who has always dedicated herself to interior decoration and has very good taste.

Experience and good treatment make it unique. I don't put more stars because you can't.nTotally recommended.

Very good advice, the staff are friendly and professional. Delivery and construction of the furniture on time and without problems. I can only recommend.
