First ride was uneventful so we felt comfortable calling ZayRide again when leaving a restaurant at b ght and needing a ride to our hotel. After getting our location and destination we were informed a driver would contact us. The driver called and the sasked for the same information we gave the dispatcher and hung up. Twenty minutes later no driver, we called the 6303 number only to get a message the line was busy. Called the driver directly and he informed us our location was not to his convenience. Tryed calling ZayRide to arrange for another driver with no success. Never again will I try this taxi service.
