Simien Eco Trek

We have already organized a tour of the Simien Mountains and on to the churches of Tigray from home via Simien Eco Trek. In the beginning everything worked very well. The responses via email were super nice and detailed, the guides were punctual and very friendly. But then... But then the boss (Muller) changed the route several times without informing us in advance. Instead of 4 days of hiking, there were only 3, instead of walking with mules we had another route that could be reached by jeep. When we drove on, Muller wanted to shorten our trip by one day, he didn't care whether we had to skip some of our planned points ... There were some lengthy discussions over the phone. Too bad somehow, because the guides and everyone else we dealt with were really super nice, very hard-working and really recommendable. But with such unacceptable changes in the plans of the "great unknown" all the nice encounters got a bitter aftertaste.
