I don't even want to give them a 1 star. It is better not to use this company since you will realize that your flight schedule was changed when you are at the airport. It happened to me so you never know the next will be you. They NEVER INFORM YOU YOUR FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGED AND WILL MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME. Even due to the change of flight schedule without any notification, I had to get a COVID-19 test twice, which is very painful and costly. I complained via email a month ago, I have never heard any apologies on it. How insane it is, how unprofessional this company is. I would never recommend this company unless they are my enemy.
