actually it is the best public hospital in mekelle. doctors are kind. but work efficiency is low.

Worst unhygienic toilets(no water for most of the days), no good drinking water facility, cockroaches in all the Ward beds, ICU doesn't have any facility, no privacy for patients, no hygiene procedure followed by staffs, poor management of patients.. Management does not provide mask, glovez and sanitisers for medicos. Doors broken, windows open, sometimes birds fly inside wards and ICU. Only poor Patients comes here because of their poverty.
