Lake Bishoftu Resort

I should say Bishftu resort was one of my favourite holiday destination. Me and friends decided to stay over , we received first class service all round. We enjoyed our stay at Bishoftu resort. We decided to go back once we come off from whatever they call it . 🤔I would like to thank everybody for your first class hospitality. See you soon 👍❤️

Amazing resort and fantastic facilities spotlessly clean room 👌 very comfortable bed with peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was great and well laid out with staff very attentive. Lunch at the restaurant is also very good with delicious food and friendly staff. I can't wait to go back again.

We were excited to go to the resort but it turned out not to be the best stay ... they have a long way to go. When we arrived we had no electricity in the room, the shower was poor and the towels were dirty as well as the only robe and slippers that were in the room. They don't have English channels available ... in the restaurant we had to wait 20 minutes to be served and almost 1 hour to have our food (cold food by the way) on the table, not everything described in the menu was available (They don't have service at the Italian restaurant). Staff generally need English language training. The lake's view is beautiful, the wind runs very strong in every open space.

The food was great. The view was spectacular. The prices are affordable. Didn't expect that from a big resort.

Very beautiful view, peaceful and quiet. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is generally tasty, although it takes very long to serve your meal. Italian cuisine available. High standard bar available (Beer Bistro). Number of rooms is limited so booking in advance is recommended. Few employees in the resort speak English, communication could be a challenge. Overall, great experience and get away spot.
