I had the opportunity to have a photo tour in Addis Ababa for two days with Mulie from Ethiopian Photography Tours in late July 2019. I am an avid hobby photographer and I have tried many photo tours around the world. This was absolutely the BEST tour ever! Mulie have the understanding for finding good locations for photography and the understanding that photography takes time and should not be rushed. He was good at guiding in the foreign culture - explain do's and don'ts - but also to help communicate with the local people. He is extremely positive to work with and very easy, also when the guest (me) get new ideas or what to derive from the planned tour. He is reliable and socially he is very pleasent to be with - to an extent, where I feel I would call him my friend. I am happy to recommend Mulie for a photo tour at anytime. It has been a fantastic experience and it gave thirst for more; I definitely want to go to Ethipia again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Ethiopian Photography Tours; exceeded all expectations with a meticulously detailed itinerary on a backpacker budget. We kick-started the tour in Addis then Ziway where we spent 2 nights for Timkat (Epiphany). Mulugeta is charismatic as he is knowledgeable on the varied regional histories of Ethiopia. I highly recommend EPT.

I learned so much about Ethiopia on my tours. We went through the Omo Valley and visited Konso, Mursi, Hammer, and Dasanesh people. We went to Gondar. We went to Axum and Harrar. Traveling with EPT has profoundly influenced my perspective of the human story. Thank you Mulie.
