This is not the best place to grab a quick coffee. Stopped on the way to the train and they were a little slow and the espresso was not that good. Watching them pull the shot it came pouring out fast and was very hot. Staff was not very friendly either. Would not return in the future.

Enjoyed the hospitality of the land lord. There was a couple of Brits and a Yanks in here so made good conversation. The my speak English and made us feel at home. Beer not cheap at €7 a pint but good nonetheless.

Reasonably priced. The best croque Monsieur with tomatoes. Delicious!Really tasty croque Monsieur Avec tomates.. (expecting another food, at this time of the day 5pm is seen as some kind of horror) top class and not expensive.

Nice place to stop. If it's after 9, drink there for the night. Everything in Bayeux closes very early.
