Restaurant du Château de Sully

Wonderful one Michelin star rated restaurant! Very calm place with the nice view over the garden. Very good and effective service. The waiting time is optimal. The cuisine is magnificant. Duck foie gras from Ferme Saint Clair, pan-fried, apricot confit and cherry syrup, crispy bread, squab from Suisse Normande, tome d'Athis espuma, and local rhubarb, candied and caramelized with muscovado sugar, orange and ginger sorbet are really great.
