Mise au green

Following a gift, I wanted to make an exchange in the Mise au Green store closest to my home. So I called the store in Vitry-le-François to save myself a 260 km round trip for nothing. In particular, I wanted to know if it had a reference in stock. The saleswoman asked me to call back later because a customer was walking through the door of the store. So I called back 25 minutes later, but again she couldn't answer me because there was a client in the cabin. I don't think it takes more than 2 minutes to type a reference on your computer to see the stock status. Customer information is clearly not his priority.
