Doesn't speak English but did the pet passport

On Saturday December 5, 2020, my mother found my dying cat in the garden. A few hours before, he had gone out for a walk in great shape. As it was Saturday evening, we had to go to the on-call vet, Dr Catherine Grossetete. When my sister called her to announce an emergency, she casually told us that our cat might have already died. My cat died in my arms before anything could be done. So we decided to take him to the vet to find out why he died and in such a sudden way because he was not old and he had no health problems. When we arrived at the clinic shocked by seeing our cat die, besides so suddenly, the vet told us that our cat died (thank you, we already knew that). She gives us several assumptions about her death (car hitting him, cardiac arrest ...) Finally, she asks us to pay half a consultation, or 45 €, for an appointment that lasted a maximum of 10 minutes, and that she made no diagnosis and that she only gave us guesses. I don't recommend her because of her absence and for her blatant lack of empathy.
