Excellent AND bakery! pastry, breads, baguettes, pastries and homemade chocolates are simply delicious I also recommend the Munster filling, a killer !! The products are made with passion and it shows, Madam boss very nice and very good advice, good luck

A little impromptu stop to counter a craving on a weekday during a bike ride. I walk into this discreet little bakery, a few regulars and, I think, the boss at the service. When I come to order I discover a small "chocolate" space which was hidden from me by a customer. The boss confirms that they are homemade ... Well, finally, I needed some sugar, didn't I? So it will be a pastry for the slow sugars ... And some chocolates for the fast sugars. Even though it has long been known that there is no difference in the absorption time of different sugars, there is no bad excuse for chocolate 😜. The boss is really very nice and cordial, he grabs his little claw and takes his time to present the products to me that I will hasten to taste in front of the store window. The chocolate snail was tasty, soft and generous, it called me for the 40 to 50km that I still had to go, but the chocolates ... Hmmmm a great discovery. I took my time to savor them ... All were excellent, but the one that surprised me the most was the maple syrup one. After the crunch of the chocolate shell, the sweetness of maple syrup that floods the mouth ... Already finished? I should have taken a little more ... It will be for the next time, because there is no doubt, I will sometimes make a small detour there when I am in the area.

Everything is excellent! We would have liked to 6 stars! Munster thicket: a killer! Autumn Bread: fantastic! The cake with frangipane and red fruits: we can not stop eating it! She lucky to have such a bakery. Well done !
