What a good discovery, a range of LEVAIN breads! The bread is very good, there is something for everyone. The staff are very friendly, dynamic and polite. I recommend this bakery which still respects the Bakery.

Traditional bread as we like it. Without equivalence in Troyes. The nut bread is a cake, the bacon to die for. The sandwiches are made minutes on demand, a feast of freshness. The bosses in charge are very nice and the saleswoman in their image. As for the remarks previously seen on hygiene, it is certain that when we do not hide the workshops that are open on the shop, there is flour on the ground ... in short, just a place we do not only sell bread. We make it in front of you .... In season, don't miss the fresh strawberry tart ...

The breads are to die for! Especially the Emmental one! For me the best bread in the Trojan area without hesitation!
