Boulangerie Mousset

A big hygiene problem for this bakery. The bread is given to you with your bare hands, without the paper surrounding the bread. This one is inedible because it always tastes like perfume. The day before yesterday, the waitress fiddled with her mask with her right hand (a sort of tic), lowered it under her nose by pinching the center of the mask with her fingers. Then she took a loaf with the same hand without protecting the loaf.

It's a bit outside of my usual trips so I rarely come there but I could bring myself to do with it if I lived nearby (I carry ;-). I have no opinion on the pastry but the bread is really very correct and the pastries -especially- seem to me well above average, at the top of the basket of what is offered on the square. A very recommendable bakery for my taste.
