No professional skills. No advice, no follow-up, no choice offered for embroidery but on the other hand invoiced 60 €. Scandal. I do not recommend this site. I called to specify an imperative sending by colissimo, you did not take it into account, you sent by carrier, who did not want to deliver me, I had to collect my order 19 km from my home, round trip 38 km, thank you !!! You are only liars, it was I who contacted you by email several times for the embroidery fonts, I had no response. Regarding the sending of the package I warned you by email well before sending to send it absolutely by colissimo. And three days later you sent me an email stating that it was too late and that the parcel had left directly from the embroiderer's. You suck and especially not recommendable.

Excellent welcome, despite the end of the season we found what we needed, we will come back for sure
