24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Troyes! That in and of itself makes this place great. The staff is alwasy VERY helpful and kind and they truly wish to help their customers.
Deplorable service. When we deliver 15 boxes of drugs (incidentally billed close to 150 €) we have the respect to give them in a bag, even in paper, and not in bulk in a leftover torn bag, despite a specific request.

A pharmacist who does not wear his surgical mask correctly (please give the example), and who puts the ones I bought in 1 bag without disinfecting his hands when he has touched several things that customers can touch , and he puts the hand cream I bought in the same bag. So stained masks ... Amazing
