The movers were friendly. However, there was some breakage, and there, hell !!!!! The after-sales service is incompetent! I still have no feedback from them. I will never call on the GDD again

Mrs. Lambot collects your deposit of 1200 euros for a move in March, not carried out due to the covid, never answers the cell phone, mail, office. With such working methods, this is surely why the company has been in receivership since February 2020.

The movers came in advance. The washing machine and fridge were quickly loaded despite a spiral staircase. The bedding has been protected, disassembled and reassembled properly. The staff was pleasant and professional. Fast and efficient delivery with a decent price. I recommend

I had an appointment on Thursday, May 9 for a quote for a future move, no one came. After 1 hour late, I call, I find an answering machine that tells me that the store is exceptionally closed that day and they will be open the next morning, we can leave a message. I leave a message. No news from them or excuses. I lost my morning. Lack of professionalism!
