Options, service, and quality were exactly as expected.

Perfect welcome, only I had been accustomed for years to Paul bakeries, in the East, in particular that of the city center of Dijon, incomparable in sympathy and freshness. Bad surprise when I opened the bag: The sugar pie at more than 2eur with a miniature size of 12 cm in diameter maximum and 5mm thick, dry as if it dated from the day before. (I measured...). So either Balma is a poor student, or the quality of Paul's bakeries has declined and I will gladly test that of Toulouse Jean-Jaurès. (otherwise I will have the Ardennes house recipe ...)

This morning at 10:15 am more than 2 salty pretzels. After my astonishment, it's norma I should have come earlier! A Saturday, a busy day that closes at 8 p.m.! In 1h30 all the stock was sold! Well done ... whereas in ordinary time around 9:30 am / 10 am the pretzels are not yet ready. Too bad for me....

What a shame to sell charred cheese buns! Cramés! See you've lost a customer ...
