I am extremely disappointed! I took a very pretty vanilla buttercream log, which makes you want and when I get home I taste and surprise! The log is extremely sweet! I, who love sweet things, couldn't finish the bite. The log was made with creamy buttercream and you can feel the icing sugar crunching under your teeth! All the great pastry chefs make buttercream with cooked sugar, or at least with Italian meringue if you want to lighten it. Buttercream with icing sugar is inadmissible on a traditional log. I regret having made the greedy and bought a large log, I should have taken 1 small part and tasted first.

We bought a raspberry and really not great, no flavor, very disappointed with this supposedly famous brand. The tastes and colors cannot be discussed.
