A top pharmacy, always pleasant and smiling. I recommend it to everyone. Finally a pharmacy where we are treated like people and not just like a security number.

Client for several years, I am shocked and annoyed by the following: a member of my family goes to the pharmacy with a prescription from my doctor to recover a box of surgical masks (specified on the prescription) for the use of people who come to my house. In fact, I am a person with 15% of vital respiratory capacity and viruses are very dangerous, even fatal in my case. So I have to provide masks for everyone who comes home and with the epidemic, and the current shortage of masks is getting complicated literally as well as figuratively. The member of my family therefore asks for a mask box and makes him a reflection, which implies "Another one who sinks into psychosis!" then it is justified by explaining that it is for a person at risk. We give her a mask box, she pays, and goes home. Surprise, when I open the box, they are paper masks !! Of no use against virulent viruses, because at the slightest postilion or wet task, it must be discarded. My father this morning returns to the pharmacy to ask for a box of surgical masks as prescribed by my doctor, out there, big joke, the person at the counter says that by giving the box to my family member, they clarified that it was not the prescribed surgical masks. It's wrong. Otherwise she would never have taken the box, let alone paid for it. In summary, very disappointed to be had, all the more by people from the medical community. I specify that I am in a wheelchair, and physically dependent, and therefore no choice but to depend on others. It is better to say that we do not have the prescribed masks than to sell useless products.
