Maybe it depends on who provides the reception, but then when we come across the bad one, it is really bad. The reception is deplorable. If the dry cleaning profession is so depressing, it's better to do something else. A suit jacket made clean, but the lining crumpled in an irreversible way.

Kind as a prison door. Not at all friendly. Change your profession if you are not friendly with your customers!
